Beach week June 16-20

Daily Monday-Friday 9:00 am -1:00 pm - boys and girls ages 5+ Bring a friend and some giggles and laughs while learning new life skills!

We have captured the perfect designers experience combining the art of fashion design, interior design, designer t-shirts and sewing DIY & crafts.

Each week our students will explore each of these categories. Every Monday they will vote on projects to be made for that week!

They will learn to read, cut and pin patterns, use sewing machines, *irons, *hot press and *embroidery machines. In addition learn to transfer .jpg into .svg’s for transfer designs.

They will design “all” projects by themselves with choosing the perfect fabrics, lace trims, jewels, ribbons and bows.

 We offer payment plans discounted Fridays $65 ( to add to Monday-Thursday classes) and extended days. 

• Tuesday Classes 4:30 - 7:00 with a discounted 5th week. All materials and snacks included, ages 5-12, beginners welcome, open to the public.

  CLOSED WEEK OF April 20-24

•  Week 1 - Jersey Shorts or Spring Dresses Choice your favorite fabrics and trims and design and sew your own dress! Plus Learning the mechanics of the sewing machine or review. Threading the machine, Filling Bobbins, Sewing Straight lines and fancy stitches, pinning, cutting and finishing pillows.

• Week2 Quilted PillowsLearn to sew multiple pieces of fabric togehter to make a quilted pattern Then sew together to make a keepsake pillow.

  Plus learning to use and design thread colors to their project using fancy stitches on the sewing machine review, Cricut learned skills, sewing machine trouble shooting, filling bobbins and if time remains Free Sew

• Week 3 UpCycling Clothing Jeans, Sweatshirts, Jean Jackets anything that no lnger fits you, you will learn to UPCYCLE to a fantastic creation.

• Week 4 Turtle Heat/Cold Pets Make a squooshy turtle that you can heat up or freeze for hot summer nights or sore muscles. Plus review all learned skills.

  Week 4 - Zipper Bags now htat you mastered the straight line let's learn to sew in zippers! Plus review on sewing machine skills, pinning cutting and research of art and if time remains Free Sew

  Free Sew definition – sewing completely on your own using all your skills acquired. Only getting help only when needed.
